Statistics show that 1 in 9 men experience severe intimate partner violence in their lifetime. Many of these men suffer in silence from abuse with the hope that one day the pain will vanish. Unfortunately, many of those men die in that pain. Most men are not taught how to protect themselves emotionally, and this lack of knowledge is used against them; causing chronic stress which is a precursor to most cardiac diseases and cancers.
