Meat that stays tough even after pounding and loses its shape when frying.

You bought the perfect piece of meat, but it remains hard and unevenly cooked when heated – because the meat tenderizer is not heavy enough to truly break the fibers. The ProPounder is made of heavy metal and transfers significantly more force when pounding than lightweight plastic versions. With the serrated side, you can target muscle fibers, and with the smooth side, you can flatten the meat evenly – the result is tender, evenly cooked meat straight from the pan.

Advantages

  • No more tough meat on the plate: The serrated metal side breaks down muscle fibers so thoroughly that even cheaper cuts of meat dissolve tenderly on the tongue after pounding.
  • No need for long marinating times: Those who pound meat correctly need to marinate it for a shorter time – the broken structure absorbs spices and marinades in minutes instead of hours.
  • No need to buy again after a few months: The heavy metal housing does not yield, does not bend, and does not lose parts – you will be working long-term with a stable tool without quality concerns.

Specifications

  • Material: Heavy metal
  • Sides: Two sides – serrated and smooth
  • Product type: Meat tenderizer / meat mallet
  • Condition: New

Application

  1. Prepare the meat: Place the piece of meat on a cutting board and optionally cover it with plastic wrap to avoid splatter.
  2. Pound: Evenly pound the entire surface of the meat with the serrated side until the fibers are visibly broken.
  3. Shape: Turn the piece over and use the smooth side to bring the meat to the desired thickness and shape.

Pro tip: Always start in the center of the piece of meat and work your way out – this keeps the thickness more even and prevents the meat from tearing at the edges.
