A small "V" of low carbon steel material is welded onto each link for added traction and durability. CTO chain has been exposed to a special heat treatment process to prevent brittleness in extreme cold situations. Chain tensioners (QG20007, QG20071, QG20074 or QG20074-10) are required, sold separately.
