FJC 4914 ultraviolet fluorescent universal dye is specially formulated to provide fast, accurate, and highly effective leak detection for both R-12 and R-134a automotive air conditioning systems. When used in combination with a UV or fluorescent inspection light, FJC dyes create a bright, highly visible glow that quickly pinpoints the exact source of leaks in hoses, fittings, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other A/C system components. FJC universal fluorescent dyes are engineered for reliable performance and compatibility with automotive air conditioning systems using R-12 and R-134a refrigerants. The advanced formula circulates safely through the system without affecting performance or damaging components. This formula is NOT designed to be used in brake fluid systems as it can damage internal components.
