PA / VIDEO / KARAOKE SYSTEM WE USE

Check out the equipment we use to ensure your karaoke event sounds awesome and goes off without a hitch, all our equipment is PAT tested.

PA SYSTEM

We use upto 3 x Mackie SRM500’s and 2 x Mackie SRM1850 Subs which boasts a total output of 6400 watts of power. Mackie speakers are crystal clear and sound phenominal.

We always use the latest technology available to mobile karaoke jockeys, our current supplier is KaraFun which offer a fantastic karaoke service utilising the latest technologies.

For everyday karaoke we use KAM 4 quartet mics meaning we can accomodate upto 4 singers at once, for singers looking for something more professional we also have Shure SM58 betas

FLOOR MONITOR

Crafted in our workshop we have a floor monitor for karaoke, the last thing you want is your singers facing a TV and not their audience right.

KARAOKE MONITORS

We have monitors of all shapes and sizes, from 32″ all the way up to 55″ we choose a monitor based on the space we have available.

AUDIO MIXER

We use Mackies DL32 which enables us to record singers on the fly and edit the audio back at our studio, the built-in effects are fantastic and really add something to a singers voice.

LASER LIGHTS

We have one dedicated laser that pumps out enough power to make you feel like you’re at a Pink Floyd concert. coupled with our smoke machines it really makes an impact.

STROBE LIGHTING

Strobe lighting has proven time and time again to launch an evening into a club-style environment, we utilise the power of two dedicated strobe lights that cut through the smoke and give those song buildups the elevation they need.

STAGE BLINDERS

These fantastic lights really pack a punch, they light up the crowd instantly, which is key for those big sing-along moments. We use two on either side of the staging area and trust me that’s enough unless your guests have sunglasses to hand.

DOMINATOR 3 in 1

It’s a derby roll, laser, and strobe light all in one. These lights are fundamental for any DJ who takes their craft seriously, they have proven time and time again to light up a room and create great lighting on the dancefloor area.

GIG BAR 4 in 1

Very similar to the Dominator light but in bar form and with added par cans. We use these mainly to light up the sides of the dance areas that a lot of other DJs seem to miss.

UPRIGHT SMOKE MACHINES

You heard that right, we use two upright smoke machines housed under ego boxes so people can stand on top of them when the key changes hit.

CONFETTI CANNONS

For the big finale, we have two cannons on standby to shower your guests in confetti at the end of the night, it doesn’t get much better than that.

If you cant see the singer then what’s the point. we use two par cans positioned on the floor to illuminate your singing guest so they can truly take the spotlight.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

How long do I get karaoke for as standard?

As standard we offer up to 4 hours of karaoke / DJ services with any booking, If you want to extend your time then no problem we offer an hourly fee for additional hours.

How far will you travel?

The short answer is anywhere. we have providing karaoke throughout the UK including some of Europe, there really is no limit, just note that distance is reflected in our quote.

Do you do home visits?

Yes we do, with the rise of COVID this has proven to be a popular option for most people, we also now offer a service where we loan you the equipment to have a great night of karaoke and collect the gear the following day. Social distancing at all times of course.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

With private bookings, we need a 20% deposit to secure the date and the rest payable up to 2 weeks prior to your event. The deposit is taken from the final fee.

With public bookings e.g. pubs and bars, we do not require a deposit.

Some of my guests don't have smartphones, how do they request a song?

We have Ipad kiosks that we set up for your guests to browse our catalogues and request songs, or if they want to do it the old fashioned way they can just tell the DJ and he will add them to the song queue.

What lighting is included with the basic lighting

The basic lighting consists of, 2 x Derby Rolls, 2 x Par Can Bars.

How much space do you need?

We can adapt to any space, but ideally, we need 2 x 3 metres of space to set up the booth and speakers.

If your space is smaller that’s fine, just let us know on the booking form.
